(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF LEARNING AND EDUCATION AT PRINCETON UNIVERSITY AND AT ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATION ENGAGED IN FURTHER OR HIGHER EDUCATION BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE; AND
(B) SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
