THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE LIVING WORKING OR STUDYING WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF GREATER LONDON COMPRISING THE CITY OF LONDON AND 32 LONDON BOROUGHS AT THE DATE OF THIS MEMORANDUM TO SUPPORT SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
