Charitable objects

The charity’s objects are to advance education to improve the life chances of children in England, in particular but not exclusively children living in areas of economic and educational deprivation; experiencing challenging home lives; having special educational needs or English as an additional language, by the provision of literacy support for children who are behind in their literacy skills, and by providing training for Reading Mentors and literacy support through parental engagement activities.
