THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS, AND OTHER BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES IN SOUTH LONDON BY PROVIDING ADVICE ABOUT EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CAREERS AND/OR SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM; A) PROBLEMS CAUSED BY MISUSE OF OR ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL; OR B) DISTRESS CAUSED BY BEREAVEMENT BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, INFORMATION AND ADVICE.
