TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PERSONS IN BAMPTON AND LEW, OXFORDSHIRE:
A THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
B THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST ELDERLY PERSONS IN NEED IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES
