TO FURTHER THE VOCAL AND CHORAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF SIXTEEN THROUGH GIVING BURSARIES, SCHOLARSHIPS OR AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS OR TO CHOIRS SPECIFICALLY CONSTITUTED TO GIVE VOCAL TRAINING TO YOUNG PEOPLE.
