Charitable objects
THAT THE CLUB SHALL BE CALLED " CROYDON HARRIERS " AND ITS PURPOSES ARE ;
A) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE SPORT OF ATHLETICS IN CROYDON; AND
B) TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
