THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES BY PROVISION OF ADVICE, ADVOCACY, TRAINING AND TRANSLATION SERVICES TO FACILITATE THEIR ACCESS TO LOCAL OR STATE SERVICES, BENEFITS, EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT.
