TO PROMOTE THE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF ANY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE EXPERIENCING MENTAL ILLNESS, HOWEVER AND WHEREVER THOSE PROBLEMS OR ILLNESSES HAVE ARISEN, THROUGH THE USE OF COUNSELLING, THERAPEUTIC AND PREVENTATIVE PRACTICES.
