TO HELP YOUNG RESIDING IN WEM AND IT'S SURROUNDING AREAS PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
