TO PROVIDE SHELTER, APPROPRIATE CARE, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR BIRDS SUFFERING FROM SICKNESS, ABUSE AND NEGLECT, ILL USAGE AND POOR OR CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES BY MEANS OF FOSTER/RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES AND TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE AWARENESS AND EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC IN THE HUSBANDRY & WELFARE IN GENERAL TO PREVENT CRUELTY AND SUFFERING OF BIRDS.
