1 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF WOMEN IN WALES AND IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE OR FUNDS TO INITIATIVES DESIGNED, RUN AND MANAGED BY WOMEN WHICH ARE INTENDED TO HAVE A LONG-TERM IMPACT ON POVERTY.
