TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS, ESPECIALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES WITH THE AIM OF ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
