THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION OF CONTEMPORARY AND OTHER ART AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) ART THAT IS LINKED TO THE LANDSCAPE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY EXHIBITING CONTEMPORARY AND OTHER ART TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION AND ENJOYMENT OF ART AMONGST THE PUBLIC.
