FOR PROVIDING BURSARIES OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS AS MIGHT BE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND THAT THE TRUSTEES SHOULD HAVE POWER TO AWARD FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OTHER THAN BURSARIES OR SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE INTERESTS OF BOTH PHYSICAL AND ACADEMIC EDUCATION TO PERSONS ATTENDING RISHWORTH SCHOOL.
