3 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN BOTSWANA BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
