THE TRUSTEES SHALL OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FOUNDATION AND SUBJECT THERETO SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN SUCH SHARES BETWEEN THEM IF MORE THAN ONE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT WITH POWER (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) TO APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF SUCH INCOME IN OR TOWARDS THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF POOR AND NEEDY PERSONS FORMERLY IN THE EMPLOY OF THE SETTLOR OR ANY COMPANY OF WHICH HE IS OR SHALL HAVE BEEN A DIRECTOR OR SHAREHOLDER AND THEIR DEPENDANTS (SUBJECT ALWAYS TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 13 HEREOF)
