To provide items, services, facilities and opportunities for the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School and pupils of the School. To promote the education of pupils and former pupils of the School who are in need of financial assistance and to advance the education of pupils attending the School by the award of prizes and such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall from time to time see fit.

TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AND FORMER STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE III. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL BY THE AWARD OF PRIZES (OR OTHER SUITABLE REWARDS OR MARKS OF DISTINCTION) AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
