Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS SHALL INCLUDE :- A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES B) THE PROMOTION OF OF TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT OF QUALIFYING YOUNG PERSONS C) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION FOR QUALIFYING YOUNG PERSONS D) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT SN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS "BENEFICIARIES" MEANS POOR PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE VALE OF CLWYD AND THE FORMER BOROUGH OF RUTHIN AS CONSTITUTED PRIOR TO 1974. "QUALIFYING YOUNG PERSONS" MEANS PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE EITHER RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR UNDERTOOK FORMAL EDUCATION FOR NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
