(A) FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE ORIGINATING FROM SOMALIA NOW LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MANCHESTER, BIRMINGHAM AND LONDON AND SECONDLY ALSO FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WIDER COMMUNITY IN MANCHESTER, BIRMINGHAM AND LONDON, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: 1. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES FOR REASONS OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL! CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE OF THE SOMALI COMMUNITY; 3. (B) THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE.'
