DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES AND PRINCIPLES OF GOVERNANCE AT EVERY LEVEL,
INCLUDING LOCAL, NATIONAL AND WORLD, AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF
SUCH RESEARCH.
