MAKING THE CHANGE PROVIDES SUPPORT TO 16-18 YEAR OLD YOUNG OFFENDERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE CUSTODIAL PART OF THEIR SENTENCE, WITH THE INTENTION OF AVOIDING REPEAT OFFENDING, AND ALLOWING YOUNG PEOPLE TO BECOME ACTIVE, CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE CHARITY PROVIDES STRUCTURED SUPPORT IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING AND CONTINUITY OF CARE FROM CUSTODY TO COMMUNITY.
