PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE RESIDUE AND SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF AS MY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH A MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS MY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE AND UPON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.
