Charitable objects
3. The objects of the Charity are:
3.1 The provision of affordable housing accommodation for women who:
3.1.1 are in need, hardship and distress; and
3.1.2 are aged 55 or over; and
3.1.3 agree to abide by the following values which are based on the Christian faith:
a) kindness, consideration and compassion to others;
b) community spirit and co-operation; and
c) respect for everyone’s rights, differences, dignity and choices.
3.1 Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees decide.
