Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT (THE "OBJECTS")
THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE ALL OR PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
