Charitable objects
1) TO SEND REDUNDANT AND SURPLUS FURNITURE, EDUCATIONAL, IT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT, TO EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING ESTABLISHMENTS AND PROJECTS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, WHERE THERE IS A NEED FOR IT. 2) TO SEND ITEMS REFERRED TO IN CLAUSE (1) TO ANY ESTABLISHMENT OR PROJECT INTENDED TO BENEFIT ANY LOCAL COMMUNITY WHICH IS IN NEED. 3) TO ENSURE IN SO FAR AS IT IS REASONABLY PRACTICABLE, THAT NO ITEMS REFERRED TO IN (1) OR (2) ABOVE SHALL BE SENT TO OR VIA PRIVATE OR PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATIONS.
