FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND CONGREGATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHRISTIAN TRADITION THAT WAS FIRST ESTABLISHED AT ST. PAUL'S BISTERNE WHEN IT WAS A MEDIAEVAL CHAPEL, TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE UPKEEP AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHURCH, AND IT'S SURROUNDINGS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS NEEDS AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CHURCH COMMITTEE. THUS ENSURING THAT THE FACILITIES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT DAY COMMUNITY.
