3.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF WOMEN AND ORPHANED, UNWANTED OR ABANDONED CHILDREN IN INDIA 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AS TO THE CAUSES THAT BRING ABOUT THE ABORTION AND ABANDONMENT OF UNWANTED CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THEIR GENDER IN ORDER TO PROMOTE SUCH CHANGES IN SOCIETY THAT LEAD TO A REDUCTION IN GENDER BASED ABORTION AND ABANDONMENT
