FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS (LURCHER DOGS) IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
