Windsor A Cappella (WAC) fosters excellence in a cappella close-harmony singing. The charitable objects of WAC are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, a cappella choral music through the presentation of public concerts, recitals, workshops. WAC supports other charitable organizations through the making of grants and donations.

(A) TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF A CAPPELLA CHORAL MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS; (B) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.
