THE TRUST SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"): A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, PARTICULARLY IN AREAS AFFECTED BY POVERTY, IN BANGLADESH, INDIA, ALBANIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN NEED, INCLUDING THE POOR, DESTITUTE, DISABLED, WIDOWS AND ORPHANS IN BANGLADESH, INDIA, ALBANIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE BY PROVIDING GUIDANCE, LITERATURE, EQUIPMENT, AND MEDICAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES C) TO FURTHER ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES WHICH THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE"
