Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF NEPALESE ORIGIN NOW LIVING IN THE UK, AND IN PARTICULAR TO WORK TOWARDS THEIR INTEGRATION INTO MAINSTREAM SOCIETY AND TO ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT TO THEIR COMMUNITIES, BY; A) ADVANCING EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUITION; B) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. C) PRESERVING AND PROTECTING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, AND; D) RELIEVING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE IN ACCESSING BENEFITS.
