Charitable objects
To relieve the mental and physical symptoms of patients registered with the Axminster Medical Practice suffering from bereavement, trauma or loss by the provision of counselling and support for such persons and act as a point of contact for Axminster Medical Practice health professionals and staff needing counselling and/or post traumatic support
