TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING AND DEVELOPMENT TENPIN BOWLING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 17 WHO ARE REGISTERED BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR THOSE ELIGIBLE TO BE SO IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COMPETITIONS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
