FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, SPORT OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL
WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL AND
SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF DRONFIELD AND SURROUNDING AREAS, REGARDLESS OF THE
RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY OR AGE.
