Charitable objects
(1) TO PROVIDE FOR WOMEN AND MEN WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD THE PROTECTION AND TRAINING OF AN ACADEMIC HOUSE, AND, WITH THAT OBJECT, TO CARRY ON THE WORK OF THE OLD ASSOCIATION WITH SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME APPEAR DESIRABLE.
(2) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS ARE INCIDENTAL OR CONDUCIVE TO ADVANCING EDUCATION, LEARNING AND RESEARCH IN OXFORD AND ELSEWHERE.
