Charitable objects
THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY AND THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROVIDE CARE AND SUPPORT TO PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, SUCH CARE AND SUPPORT TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1 TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY AE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY 2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR PARENTS LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT 3 THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION 4 TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT 5 TO PROVIDE ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, ADVOCACY AND TRAINING TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, UNEMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, DISABILITY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS 6 TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS THE PARISH OF CHRIST CHURCH, WARD END IN THE DIOCESE OF BIRMINGHAM.
