B) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER INCLUDING ITS PHYSICAL ENHANCEMENT;
C) ADVANCE ART EDUCATION AND HERITAGE BY PROMOTING THE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC; AND
D) ADVANCE EDUCATION AS A MEANS OF HISTORICAL APPRECIATION OR ENCOURAGEMENT OF FURTHER STUDY OR ENQUIRY.
