Charitable objects

1. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF EDMONTON, WALTHAM FOREST, NEWHAM, HARINGEY AND HACKNEY (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS CHRIST. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WHO ARE FROM WITHIN AFRICAN COMMUNITIES LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 3. TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ADVICE, REPRESENTATION, TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING SERVICE AND OTHER ASSISTANCE IN MATTERS SUCH AS MONEY, DEBTS, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN THE UK.
