TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE LIVING IN THE MORDENS, LITLINGTON AND BASSINGBOURN AREA OF SOUTH CAMBRIDGESHIRE, BY THE PROVISION OF A MOBILE WARDEN SCHEME WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
