Charitable objects

A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING MICHIGAN TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY IN SUCH WAYS AND SUCH MANNER AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE; AND B) SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. 3.2 THIS CLAUSE MAY NOT BE AMENDED WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSION.
