1 PROVIDING, MAINTAINING AND SUPPORTING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE THERAVADA VINAYA, RESIDENTIAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOR A MONASTIC SANGHA OF PERSONS WHO HAVE UNDERTAKEN THE RULES OF TRAINING (SIKKHAPADA):
2 SUPPORTING LAY PEOPLE IN THE PRACTICE AND TEACHINGS OF THE BUDDHA; AND
3 SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DECIDED.
