Charitable objects
1. TO PROVIDE A YOUTH CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; 2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO THE EXTENT OF NOT UNDULY INTERFERING WITH THE PROVISION OF A YOUTH CENTRE UNDER CLAUSE 1.
