IT DOES THIS BY RUNNING COURSES WHERE STUDENTS WORK IN GROUPS WITH PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS CULMINATING IN A PERFORMANCE AND WORKING TO BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM.
