Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF
ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION TO PERSONS IN NEED SUCH PERSONS TO BE APPOINTED
FROM APPLICANTS OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF
PREFERENCE:
(1) FREEMEN AND FREEWOMEN OF THE SKINNERS' COMPANY AND THEIR
WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS AS THE CASE MAY BE;
(2) IN DEFAULT OF APPLICANTS OF THE FOREGOING CLASSES, THEN DEPENDANTS OR
FORMER DEPENDANTS OF THE SAID FREEMEN AND FREEWOMEN;
(3) IN DEFAULT OF APPLICANTS OF EITHER OF THE FOREGOING CLAUSES THEN ANY
OTHER SUCH PERSONS IN NEED AS AFORESAID.
