THE MASJID PROVIDES A RANGE OF SPIRITUAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICES THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF BENEFICIARIES VISITING OR RESIDING IN LONDON. OUR ACTIVITIES ARE DIVIDED INTO THE FOLLOWING: RELIGIOUS SERVICES, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, SOCIAL WELFARE AND ECONOMIC DEVEPT. ALSO TO PROVIDE A RANGE OF HOLY, CULTURAL SENSITIVE SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY OF B&D WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE.

Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, AND IN PARTICULAR BY: PROVIDING PLACES FOR MUSLIMS TO PERFORM THEIR WORSHIP AND PERFORM OTHER RELIGIOUS RITES. PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, COMMUNICATION AND PRACTICE OF ISLAM AND FULFILLING OF ALL OTHER ISLAMIC DUTIES BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING NECESSARY AND SUITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND FACILITIES. ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BY: DISSEMINATING TRUE AND COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM AMONG MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS ACCORDING TO THE QUR’AN AND SUNNAH; PROMOTING DAWAH (CALL TO THE RELIGION OF ISLAM) IN ORDER TO DISSEMINATE A TRUE AND BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM AMONGST THE NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITY; AND ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF MUSLIM CHILDREN AND ADULTS, IN EACH CASE, WITH THE OBJECT OF PROMOTING, SUSTAINING AND INCREASING INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE. ESTABLISHING ISLAMIC EDUCATION SERVICES TO PROVIDE HIGH STANDARDS OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION FOR TEACHING ISLAMIC, QUR’ANIC AND ARABIC STUDIES INCLUDING CULTURAL AND ETHNIC MOTHER TONGUE CLASSES AT EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS, AS WELL AS FULL TIME ISLAMIC EDUCATION SERVICES AND INSTITUTIONS, IN EACH CASE, WITH THE OBJECT OF PROMOTING, SUSTAINING AND INCREASING INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE. FOSTERING BETTER RELATIONS BETWEEN NEIGHBOURING MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITIES; AND LOCAL AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS, INCLUDING BY ORGANISING AND ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION OF BOTH MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS IN THE COMMUNITY IN BOTH CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS IN ORDER TO RAISE SOCIAL AND CULTURAL AWARENESS IN ISLAM.
