Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE OBJECTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND IN TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS THE TRUSTEES IN THE UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD.
