2 THE RELIEF OF NEEDS AMONG FAMILIES AFFECTED BY DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY, THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND EDUCATION FOR THE MEMBERS OF THOSE FAMILIES WHO MAY BENEFIT FROM SUCH SERVICE
