1 THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC BY THE PREPARATION AND REHEARSAL FOR, AND THE PRESENTATION OF, PUBLIC CONCERTS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS NCB THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 2 THE PROVISION OF SUCH GRANTS AND DONATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS OR SUCH CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS, BODIES AND ORGANISATIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT.
