TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF KENSAL RISE PRIMARY SCHOOL (LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT) BY 1 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR THE BETTER ADVANCEMENT OF THE PUPILS' EDUCATION; AND 2 IN PARTICULAR ADMINISTERING AND SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL'S BUILDINGS AND PLANS FOR EXPANSION IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PUPILS' EDUCATION
